Dealing with Depression
This section is for anybody who knows they have the mental condition commonly known as Depression. If your problems have not escalated to this level but you still feel a bit down, why not check out '10 Ways to see life differently'. I would only recommend further reading into this subject if you know you have problems and are really looking at your options. There are no 'miracle cures' but feel assured that I had the condition for five years and so I may be able to give more guidance than somebody who has never experienced these problems. We are all together on this one! So take things easy... one day at a time. Be gentle with your mind.
