A relaxation technique in it's lesser form, or ultimately a way of expanding the mind, meditation
has been used successfully in all sorts of cultures for over 5,000 *** years. The subject is continually expending as modern society discovers it's true
nature, and meditations multitude of beneficial possibilities. And what's more, it is so easy to try - why not have a go yourself and give your health a casual
nudge in the right direction.
