My Numerological numbers are: 5, 7, 9, 14, (16), 27
[Although I may not be directly influence by the number 7, I am, as a Pisces, influenced by the planet of 7 people - Neptune - and so these are my base traits I also aquired at birth.]
[The angry nature of the number 9 used to be very much at the front of my nature, but after a year of following the Buddhist meditation practices most of these tendencies have disappeared, and the calming natures of 4 and 7 have taken their place. The patient and understanding 4 and 7 also make my 9 a lot more tollerant to a lot of the hard edge 9 characteristics. Unfortunately, the numbers 4 and 7 also counterbalance the 9's ability to shrug off careless words and inflicted injuries - which I always try to show on the surface, but which actually plumb the depths of the sensitive Piscean emotional sea.]

"The number 5 vibrates to the planet Mercury. It represents communication, movement, and versitility. It's the number of the intellect and both written and oral expression.
5 people possess a great deal of natural charm, and, as a general rule, are innately courteous. They're quick to spot mistakes and flaws, and will not hesitate to point them out when they see them. The 5 vibration is super-critical and incapable of ignoring mistakes (their own, as well as those of others) and it's associated with a love for movement and travel. Change is a never-ending necessity for 5 people. Change of scene, change in relationships, residence, spiritual and political beliefs, and so on. There's a strong tendency to overanalyze people and situations. It's difficult for a 5 person to submit to the feeling and the intuition; the intellect is determined to find the logical answers. This obsession with ananysis can ruin personal relationships for those who allow themselves to be ruled by the 5 vibration. Even love can wear out under such continual (and usually unnecessary) scrutiny. Love is made of instinct and feelings, not logic! 5 people tend to 'talk love to death' instead of just letting it be. Love is nothing to do with logic.
Most people enjoy being in the company of a 5 person, since outward persona is usually pleasant and soothing. Because 5 is the vibration of intellect, those under it's influence are extremely bright, of higher than average intelligence, and mentally alert. Nothing escapes their notice. They seem to be fine-tuned to the smallest details. When finantial or other circumstances don't permit the frequent travel all 5 people need, they'll travel in their minds, and since their minds are so acute, their daydreams are vivid enough to satisfy their restless urges, for a time at least.
According to the ancients, the number 5 has an association with what is called "earth-magic". Curiously, the number 5 brings a longing to beleive in magic, elves, faeries, and mysteries of nature, along with a need to pin everything down and view it under a mental microscope; two qualities which are in direct polarity to each other, causing those under the influence of 5 to find it difficult to understand themselves. 5 people are sometimes high strung. They're quick in thought and decision, often impulsive in their actions. They have a keen snese of new ideas and inventions, are willing to take risks, and are born speculators. Writing, advertising, public relations, and publishing are fortunate 5 occupations. 5 people posess an admirable elasticity of viewpoint, and the ability to rebound swiftly from blows of fate, which seem to leave no long-lasting impressions on them. "A Life Path 5 person is usually very versatile, adventurous, and progressive. With a 5 life path, you are one of those people who is always striving to find answers to the many questions that life poses. You want to be totally unrestrained, as this is the sign of freedom and independence. You abhor routine and boring work, and you are not very good at staying with everyday tasks that must be finished on time. You are, however, a good communicator, and you know how to motivate people around you, perhaps inclining you to be a teacher of some sort. A love of adventure may dominate your life. This may take the form of mental or physical manifestation, but in either case, you thrill to the chance for exploration and blazing new trails. You are apt to be multi-talented, but just as likely to suffer from some lack of direction, and there is often some confusion surrounding your ambition.
On the average, the number 5 personality is rather happy-go-lucky; living for today, and not worrying too much about tomorrow. It is important for you to mix with people of a like mind, and try to avoid those that are too serious and demanding. It is also important for you to find a job that provides thought-provoking tasks rather than routine and redundant responsibilities. You do best dealing with people, but the important thing is that you have the freedom to express yourself at all times. You have an innate ability to think through complex matters and analize them quickly, but then be off to something new.
In the most negative application or use of the 5 energies, you could become very irresponsible in tasks and decisions concerning your home and business life. The total pursuit of sensation and adventure can result in your becoming self-indulgent and totally unaware of the feelings of those around you. In the worse case situations negative 5's are very undependable and self-serving." (c) www.astrology-numerology.com
"A Closer look at the 5: Fives are drawn to metaphysics, the occult, and the philosophical as methods of investigating the mystery of life.' These are, after all, just one more way to satisfy the 5's curiosity.' At the same time, however, the 5 can be introverted and private about these matters in'' spite of his or her worldly interests.
The Blessing: Fives are blessed with pep, energy, speed, enthusiasm, wit, and excellent powers of observation.' They have a magnetism that stems from their enthusiastic, curious, response to life and the people in it.' People are just drawn to the 5, and it's thought that a 5 is forever young for these qualities.
The Challenge: The challenge for the 5 is not to get lost in physical desires or scatter his or her potential and end up with' nothing to show for the 5's many talents.' The 5 person must focus and make a meaningful existence by using freedom in a productive manner.
The Lesson: The main lesson for the 5 is the constructive use of freedom, and it needs to learn to do things in moderation.' The 5 also needs to learn from others' mistakes so that the 5 doesn't have to try everything for him- or herself.' Basically, this number has come to learn how to stick to it, to establish structure, and to create stability, so that the 5 can truly enjoy the freedom he or she so desperately desires." - INVESTIGATOR, specialist, inventor, loner, eccentric, thoughtful, spiritual
Secondary Key Number of Birth (and for Pisces)
"The number 7 symbolizes humanity's deep inner need to find depth, meaning, and spiritual connection. When the creature needs of food, self-expression, material and domestic achievements have been met, we turn to the deeper levels of life -- to learn, to educate ourselves and to find purpose. The 7 is an investigator, an inventor, and must have solitude in which to find the inner voice. Sevens tend to be different, eccentric, or loners and are very discriminating in all areas.
- Gifts: Mental understanding, analysis, perfection
- Challenges: Pride, narrowness, distance, rigidity, connection to the past, argumentative, temper, silence
- Personal Goal: To maintain control over life; to understand
- Fears: Failure to achieve standards, making a mistake
- Succeeds as: Consultant, professor, analyst, earth/maritime occupations, individualist, observer, occultist" (c) ??
"The number 7 vibrates to the planet Neptune. It represents spirituality, sensitivity, sympathy, and mystery. 7 is also the number of illusion and delusion, sometimes deception - but also the number of healing and miracles, faith and dreams that come true.
7 people tend to have remarkable dreams. Sometimes they talk about them - and sometimes they keep them to themselves. But they do dream more than most. Secretly, they have an intense interest in esoteric mysteries, mythology, mystisism, spacecraft and UFOs... and the entire forest of the unknown. They often possess the gifts of intuition and clairvoyance and a certain quieting, calming magnetism which has a great influence over others. Often, their mere presence has a soothing effect on a troubled person. The 7 vibration is associated with peculiar ideas about religion, a dislike of following the beaten path, and a tendency to adopt political beliefs which are unique and somewhat non-orthodox. It's not unusual for a 7 person to discover, found, or believe in a new religious concept.
The 7 person tends to seek travel, and will either travel extensively at some time in the life or at least find an interest in the cultures of foreign faraway lands. Many people influenced by the 7 vibration are strongly attracted to the sea and at some time enjoy swimming, sailing, water sports or the Navy. There's a tendency to be anxious about the future, which is why 7 people need to know they have a rock of finantial security somewhere in the background, lest the waters of fate sweep them away.
In their own quiet, laid-back way, people influenced by the 7 have ambitions they don't discuss with others, and these are always tinged with a philosophical outlook. They bless others with the grace of their sympathetic understanding of pain and suffering, which is why friends, relatives, and business associates unburden their troubles to the 7 person. There's a strong leaning toward privacy in the 7 vibration, and these people prefer to keep their own problems to themselves. They shrink from prying questions, and have a horror of 'big brother' or anything they consider to be an invations of their privacy.
Refined manners, an artistic temperament, and a sensitive nature make up the 7 essence, and don't let these people fool you with their sometimes taciturn nature... you'd be surprised if you knew all the stange thoughts that swim through their minds when they're communicating with themselves! If you can coax them to talk about what they're thinking, you'll not only be surprised, you'll be fascinated when you learn the secrets of the Neptunian world. But the 7 person must find you trustworthy before he or she shares these inner streams of contemplation.. and you'll have to earn that trust by proving you're not judgmental or prejudiced. 7 people are rarely either." "The number 9 vibrates to the planet Mars and represents aggressive action, penetration, courage, and conflict. 9 is the number of originality and initiative.. also the contradictory traits of vulnerability and na¡vete. 9 is also in sharp contrast to the usual character traits of a Pisces and when it surfaces it can seem quite unusual and surprising.
9 people are not stubborn, but they are determined to get what they want, and there is a difference. Stubbornness reacts and determination initiates. 9 brings a tendency to be impulsive and make snap decisions; sometimes later regretted. Although the temper can flair rather frequently, these people are quick to both forgive and forget an injury. Ther're vulnerable to their enemies because their first instinct is to trust everyone. Since ther're so direct themselves, they expect others to be the same - and others often are not. Deviousness and manipulation always come as a shoke to 9 people. As a general rule, they're incapable of such behaviour and motives themselves, and dishonesty catches them off guard nearly every time, until they learn to be more cautious.
One of the most beneficial virtues of the 9 vibration is the ability to penetrate straight to the heart or the core of a situationinstead of indulging in circumlocution and the slow process of analysis. The Mars rulership of 9 allows these people to get directly to the point swiftly, and this makes them extremely impatient of slower thinkers, which doesn't help them win popularity contests. In fact, impatience with the mistakes of others and with errors of thinking they see instantly is one of the traits 9 people find the most difficult to control.
The familiar phrase "what you see is what you get' perfectly describes the 9 personality (when it surfaces to interact with the Sun Sign nature) bacause of the complete lack of guile. It's against the very essence of the 9 vibration to plan complex strategies or to play games to get what that want from other people. It's so much easier to simply come out and say what they want. Since such straightforwardness is unexpected by the other person, 9 people usually get what they want by catching the opposition by surprise. Many people are touched by the visible vulnerability and childlike quality of the 9 person, and feel protective towards him or her; others see these qualities as foolish, one of the reasons 9 people are seldom truly respected by friends and business associates.
There's a strong tendency towards vanity; or at least that's how it appears on the surface. But 9 people are not vain, even though they are admittedly alomst constantly concerned with their appearance. The true root of this attitude is fear of rejection, because, beneath all their bravado, 9 people inwardly tremble with a lack of confidence. As self-assertive as they may seem, they need continual reassurance thet they are liked - respected - admired - and loved. For all the pushiness and independent aires of 9 people, they're secretly very insecure in themselves. Generous to a fault and normally extravagant (unless the Sun Sign cancels this trait) - 9 people no lessons in giving. This first instinct is to give, to let go, and let tomorrow take care of itself." (c) Linda Goodman
"The 9th card of the Major Arcana is The Hermit, who is usually depicted walking with a lantern and a stick; he represents meditation, isolation and quetuid. The Hermit also signifies crystallized wisdom and ultimate discipline. He is a taskmaster who motivates by conscience and guides others on their path. The card points the way to the sort of spiritual development which Febrary 27th people pursue. The positive indications of this card are capability, purpose, profundity and consentration; negative qualities include dogmatism, intelerance, self-unawareness and emotional chaos." (c) Days of the year
"At some point in the life of the 9, he or she realizes that his or her soul's expression is vital to living a whole and balanced life. You could think of the 9 as the 6 grown wiser and much more tolerant--but the 9's also more emotional. In fact, the 9 rules the emotions, which can be experienced in the extreme.' You'll find vacillation from intense anger to great tolerance, from passionate outcries to detached observation, from outrageous jealousy to sympathetic understanding. The 9 will be involved in completing unfinished tasks and learning not to take it personally when something is over, but instead understanding how this ending fits into the larger picture, as well as the Divine plan for mankind (this is the number of endings, after all). When the 9 "gets it," the endings begin to look like beginnings, and then the 9 can focus on what's coming next, instead of what is in the past. Still, the 9's personal charisma and the necessary development of the notion of detachment may make the 9 seem inconsistent and difficult to understand. Lest you become confused, just remember: This is your basic air-fairy, dreamy, mystical, holistic warm spirit, who wants to make life better for everyone. The 9 is spiritual, romantic, emotional, magnetic, efficient, responsible, cooperative, and often an independent leader. With the 9's broad outlook on life, the 9 is at his or her best when the 9 has a sense of purpose, balance, and emotional control. As renowned numerologist Juno Jordan says of the 9, "being the highest number on the scale of human experience, it cannot transgress the principles of inner grace and spiritual living." (c) www.astrology-numerology.com
The Blessing: The blessing of the 9 is that it has the ability to restore its position, to redeem itself from failure and loss, and to reestablish success. This, of course, is metaphorically the process of death and rebirth, or endings bringing beginnings. As the number of transformation, the 9 has a great deal of power to regenerate.
The Challenge: The challenge of the 9 is to love unconditionally and to live with an open heart. Lessons may be learnt through tears and pain as well as moments of great joy and ecstasy. Health issues can challenge the 9 because of its highly sensitive and emotional constitution. For the 9, there has to be a soul realization that love equals giving, and through understanding and acceptance of all people without prejudice or thought for oneself, personal love, purposefulness, and abundance will begin to build up in the 9's life. This in turn brings spiritual protection and great reward, both emotionally and materially.
The Lesson: More than anything, the 9 must learn that it's been given a generous heart, an array of talents, a belief in the basic goodness of mankind, a deep love of humanity, and a deep understanding of the universal laws of divine order. Along with these priceless gifts, the 9 must realize it's meant to serve and promote universal brotherhood." (c) www.j3d123.com
14 - ADDICTION, freedom, passion
Compound Number of Name
Number 14 is associated with the constructive use of freedom. Since it focuses on each one of the five senses, there is a tendency to over-eat, over-drink, and cross the "normal" boundaries of sexual exploration. This number learns how to be in the earthly, sensual world without losing touch with the spiritual connection. It learns to enjoy life and the challenges of freedom of choice without getting stuck in overindulgence and wastefulness. It learns to follow through on promises without feeling it is giving away its time or power. There is much passion, conflict, and resistance to control.
