                   The Guru    - long version
                   ========

 Who am I?, What is me?
 How can I find the essence of who I am?
 If ever I needed a guru or guide - 
 An inspiration to deliver the day to my mind, 
 May the time be now.


 "G.U.R.U
 If words could convey the essence of life,
 May these be they.
 Gee, you ARE you! 
 You are your own Guru!
 That is all you must understand.


 In this place of wonderous colour, shape and sound,
 In beauty and in love, great inspiration can be found.
 You cannot see beyond death, 
 You cannot see before birth,
 The space in-between is called time,
 And your season on Earth is precious.


 So although there is darkness on both sides, 
 There is brightness in this time alive.
 Say 'I Am ME!' -
 That is all you can ever be,
 There is no way back, only forwards,
 Into a world of growth, ever onwards.


'I Can't Wait..'   
 Yes you can!
 The more time is hurried, the more time is gone.
 Enjoy each moment and take your time, 
 There is no need to rush into the shadows of tomorrow, 
 While the light of today illuminates your mind.


 If you see your body as your only home, 
 And your will is the power to create,
 There are no limits to what you can do - 
 The roads on which you can travel. 
 And you have all the time you need, 
 In the awareness of the present.

 Get on the stand - and stand tall,
 Be proud of yourself - for this is the only life you know.


 Gee, You are You - realise the thrill,
 There is time to be, and see, and go.
 So what of the darkness - when eyes finally close,
 And this body of yours is yours no longer,
 What is the point of it all?
 The point is right now!
